Ticket to Ride: New York features the familiar gameplay from the Ticket to Ride game series — collect cards, claim routes, draw tickets — but on a scaled-down map of Manhattan that allows you to complete a game in no more than 15 minutes.

Each player starts with a supply of 15 taxis, two transportation cards in hand, and one or two destination tickets that show locations in Manhattan (and Brooklyn). On a turn, you either draw two transportation cards from the deck or the display of five face-up cards (or you take one face-up taxi, which counts as all six colors in the game); or you claim a route on the board by discarding cards that match the color of the route being claimed (with any set of cards allowing you to claim a gray route); or you draw two destination tickets and keep at least one of them.

Players take turns until someone has no more than two taxis in their supply, then each player takes one final turn, including the player who triggered the end of the game. Players then sum their points, scoring points for the routes that they've claimed during the game, the destination tickets that they've completed (by connecting the two locations on a ticket by a continuous line of their taxis), and the tourist attractions that they've reached with their taxis. You lose points for any uncompleted destination tickets, then whoever has the high score wins!

60 Day Returns are accepted on any general merchandise that has not been opened, in a "Like New" condition and has been purchased at Cole Street Game Vault.

The breaking of any seal or unwrapping of shrink wrap no longer constitutes "Like New" condition

Event Refund Policy

For a full refund of ticket price cancellation must be made prior to 48 hours before event. Cancellations made 24-47 priors to an event will be refunded in store credit. No refunds can be made after 24 hours prior to the event - See additional notes regarding Sold Out Events

Sold Out Events

Due to the complexity that goes into hosting large scale events, in the case of events that are Sold Out at least a week prior to the event date, refunds will be applied as tickets are resold

SWU’GV Credits

Credit Tokens are awarded as prizing at select Cole Street Game Vault Star Wars: Unlimited events and may be redeemed for in-store credit only. Credits are issued in 5, 10 and 25 denominations. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

When the full value of a credit is not used, any remaining balance will be returned using the lowest available SWU’GV Credit denomination whenever possible. Any remaining amount that cannot be returned using SWU’GV Credits will be issued as a digital Cole Street Game Vault gift card. 

Example: Spend $18 using a $25 SWU’GV Credit → receive a $5 SWU’GV Credit and $2 on a digital Cole Street Game Vault gift card.

Full value of tokens can be requested as a digital gift card. SWU’GV Credits may only be redeemed at Cole Street Game Vault.
